Coconut Cider Vinegar – Crispy Chicken Nuggets in Coconut Cream Sauce



  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Heat on medium-high, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat.

  3. Top cooked rice with chicken, snow peas and sauce. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.

How to make


  • 1 can (13.5 oz) Coconut Cream

  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Extract

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Cider Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar toasted sweetened shredded coconut (garnish)

  • Homemade crisp chicken nuggets (or breaded fried shrimp)

  • Blanched snow peas

  • Cooked Rice
