Coconut Cider Vinegar – Crispy Chicken Nuggets in Coconut Cream Sauce
Introduction

Steps
Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Heat on medium-high, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Top cooked rice with chicken, snow peas and sauce. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.

1 can (13.5 oz) Coconut Cream
1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
2 tbsp Coconut Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Coconut Sugar toasted sweetened shredded coconut (garnish)
Homemade crisp chicken nuggets (or breaded fried shrimp)
Blanched snow peas
Cooked Rice
