1. How to order?

We have 4-easy steps you need to do:


Step 1: Fill-up order form


We will send the form to get your information that will help us to identify the items and your address. Make sure all the information is correct to avoid cancellation of orders and make the logistic team job easier.

Step 2: Receive Text/Email Confirmation and Payment Instruction


You will receive a text/email confirmation from us. If GreenLife Team received your orders through online platforms, payment instructions will be included in the text/email confirmation.


Step 3: Submit Proof of Payment:


When payment is done, please take a photo or screenshot of the deposit slip/bank transfer/payment receipt and email it to or send it to our Viber hotline 0917-720-8345 to process your order.


Step 4: Delivery


You will receive a call or text from us when your orders are already shipped. We will also send a picture of Airway or Tracking Number of shipments to your email.

Orders can only be processed once payment has reflected. Online and mobile fund transfer made outside of business hours (8:30AM – 5:30PM) will only be reflected in our account within 1-2 business days. Inter-bank transfers will take 3-5 business days. Processing charges are automatically deducted so make sure that the amount of fund transfer covers the whole amount including the charges.

Note: You have the right to choose which courier service you want, but you have to shoulder the shipping fee/charge. Each courier services have different charges. If you are looking for the lowest charge, we will give you the right courier.


GreenLife Delivery Vehicle


We have our own logistics that deliver every or in Metro Manila. For a minimum of 10,000 single order, we offer free delivery. If your order is below 10,000 pesos, we will charge 500 for the delivery service. If your order is below 5,000 pesos, we will transfer your order to our local courier service provider.
