SHIPPING & RETURNS
5.1 Schedule of Delivery
Our delivery schedule is every Thursday and Friday. If you have order from us make sure your orders received by our marketing department before delivery schedule. Take note we accept orders one day before delivery schedule.
5.2 Special Delivery
If the customers want to deliver his orders that are not on the date of the Delivery Schedule, you must shoulder the Delivery Charge of Php 4,000.00 pesos for deliveries in Metro Manila.
5.3 Delivery Options
Customers have the rights to choose courier to deliver their items to their address. The available couriers are LBC, Air 21, DHL, A.P Cargo, and Fedex.
5.4 Free Delivery
Our store offer FREE delivery for confirm and paid orders of Php 10,000.00 pesos-above to customers' address.
5.5 Delivery to Laguna
If your address is in Laguna areas, customers need to purchase any products of GreenLife worth Php 15,000 pesos plus the shipping fee of Php1,000 pesos.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns Policy and the Terms and Conditions
The buyers may apply return of the purchased products. But we cannot accept the sudden changes of products, once your orders already settle through our platform. The replacement of the products you choose has 1-2 weeks waiting period to be able to replace to a new products, for the customers who already order bulk products.
The customers have the right to return the damage/defective products due to shipping and poor handling but we guaranty that all our products are pass our strict Quality Control before shipment.
4.2 Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
When company shipped wrong items or size of the order products, our company is obligated and have responsibilities to change the subject products/items at soonest possible time.
